TWI IS A PARTNERSHIPThe Teacher Workforce Initiative (TWI) is a partnership between the Monterey Bay Educational Consortium (MBEC) and the Center for the Future of Teaching and Learning (CFTL) that was formed to effectively address teacher workforce issues in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties.
